I’m proud to share that Securonix UEBA has been named the 2026 SC Award winner for Best Insider Threat Solution. The recognition reflects the strength of our team’s execution and our continued focus on solving one of the hardest problems in cybersecurity: identifying and responding to insider risk with greater speed, accuracy, and context.

What stands out to me is that this award recognizes more than a feature set. It highlights the value of combining behavioral baselining, AI-driven analytics, dynamic risk scoring, and analyst-friendly investigation workflows into a platform that helps security teams detect the kinds of threats traditional approaches often miss, including compromised credentials, lateral movement, and data exfiltration across hybrid and cloud environments.

On a personal note, this one is especially meaningful. It marks my seventh SC Media award across 20 years of product design and engineering leadership roles, the first being for SafeBoot (Best Encryption Solution) back in 2004 (I would love to find that trophy!), and I see it as another reminder that durable innovation comes from strong teams, clear customer focus, and disciplined execution over time. I’m grateful to everyone at Securonix who helped make this possible, and even more energized by what we’re building next!
